Ok ok so some of us may have seen the videos on Youtube of people claiming to be the fastest rapper in the world or some country, but can they claim, like Rebel XD, the Guinness World Record? I was doing a search for the oldest dog (which was an amazing 29 years old b/c my dog just keeps ticking) when I stumbled across this video on Youtube. It's insane, but I can't imagine it would make a good record considering one has no idea what the heck he's saying. Most of the video is in Italian, but if you forward to about half way through (~1:00 minute), Rebel starts "rapping" and the court reporter bugs out.
